Good morning,A Lawrence County man will spend years in state prison following a child molestation case. 46-year-old Thomas Minns II was sentenced to seven to twenty years after pleading guilty to charges involving a child. A judge also classified him as a sexually violent predator, requiring lifetime registration. He’s been in custody since his arrest in December of 2024.In Youngstown, a former Clerk of Courts is suing the city over unpaid wages. Sarah Brown Clark claims she was underpaid and is seeking more than twenty-five thousand dollars. The lawsuit alleges her salary was not increased in line with the municipal judge’s pay. The city has not yet responded.And two Lawrence County food vendors are getting national attention.
