HAS NOT BEEN SEEN SINCE THE EARLY HOURS OF MARCH 25 TH . SURVEILLANCE ANDRING CAMERA FOOTAGE SHOWED PETRINO IN READING, AND HIS VEHICLE WAS LATER FOUND ONMUHLENBERG STREET. HIS LAST CONFIRMED SIGHTING CAME JUST AFTER 5 AM ON MUHLENBERG STREET, ASHE EXITED A JEEP SUV. WHILE AUTHORITIES SAY THAT VEHICLE WAS A RENTAL, THERE IS NO INFORMATIONABOUT WHO RENTED OR WAS DRIVING THE SUV. I’M TG, RADIONOVO NEWS. Authorities are releasing details about several fights near a mall in Lancaster last weekend.  Police said the incident Saturday night started with a fight involving a boy and a girl in a store parking lot, then the fight moved to a carnival near Park City Center Mall and ended in the mall parking lot.  The department also dispelled rumors of a stabbing or a person with a gun, stating that neither claim was substantiated.  Two 13-year-olds were taken into custody.   The federal government is appealing an order blocking two proposed ICE detention centers in Pennsylvania.   The State Department of Environmental Protection filed an order preventing the immigration agency from using water and sewer systems at two warehouses in Schuylkill and Berks Counties.  The department said access will remain blocked until ICE submits detailed plans showing how they would handle the increased demand, including any needed infrastructure upgrades.  Federal officials said the filing interferes with their ability to carry out immigration enforcement.  An Adams County farm is releasing details of a barn fire that killed a dozen horses.  The farm said the fire Sunday started in a manure pile and was spread by high winds to a barn on Sell Station Road in Union Township, with the roof collapsing just eight minutes later.  They initially reported that 14 horses died in the fire, but two of them were later found.  The fire remains under investigation.
